8 Glasses of water a day?
I know many have heard this, 8 glasses a day of water is good for you! It was reporteda month ago, that two scientists at the University of Pennsylvania found little evidence that drinking 8 glasses of water a day is good for our health.
Only people who are doing lots of sports, or people living in very hot or dry climates will require to drink 8 glasses of water daily. Whenever you do sports, you realised that you felt so thirsty. I joined a kickboxing class, and the trainer kept asking us to have a sip after about 15 mins of workout.. Even dietitians and doctors also agree to this new finding. We can just rely on our ‘thirst signal’ to consume water. There isn’t a need to drink 8 glasses of water daily.
