			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-4" title="drinking_water" src="http://ihealthydiet.info/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/drinking_water.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" />I know many have heard this, 8 glasses a day of water is good for you!  It was reporteda month ago, that two scientists at the University of Pennsylvania found little evidence that drinking 8 glasses of water a day is good for our <a href="http://www.ihealthydiet.info"target="_blank"title="Health &#038; Diets Information" >health</a>.</p>
<p>Only people who are doing lots of sports, or people living in very hot or dry climates will require to drink 8 glasses of water daily. Whenever you do sports, you realised that you felt so thirsty. I joined a kickboxing class, and the trainer kept asking us to have a sip after about 15 mins of workout.. Even dietitians and doctors also agree to this new finding. We can just rely on our &#8216;thirst signal&#8217; to consume water. There isn&#8217;t a need to drink 8 glasses of water daily.</p>
